Commercial vinyl, safety flooring, LVT and carpet tiles
Commercial flooring from Busselton, across the South West
Jupps has fitted commercial floors in Western Australia since 1962. In the South West that work runs out of the Busselton showroom: the Busselton team measures the site, the Jupps commercial team in Perth handles specification and supply where a project needs it, and the Busselton installers lay the floor. Schools, aged care homes, medical centres, shops, cafes, offices and community buildings between Augusta and Australind are all within the run.
The products are the same ones specified on large commercial projects in Perth: Polyflor, Gerflor and Armstrong commercial sheet vinyl and slip-rated safety flooring, Forbo and Polyflor luxury vinyl tile, GH Commercial, Feltex, Mohawk and NFD carpet tiles, and heavy duty broadloom carpet. Every range comes with the manufacturer specification, wear class, slip rating and warranty for your consultant or facilities manager.
For larger tenders, design and construct projects or multi-site rollouts, the store works with the Jupps commercial division in Perth, so a South West project gets local installers with head office resourcing behind them.

Where we work
From Busselton the commercial team covers the whole South West: Busselton, Vasse, Dunsborough, Yallingup, Margaret River, Cowaramup, Augusta, Capel, Boyanup, Donnybrook, Dalyellup, Gelorup, Bunbury, Eaton, Australind, Leschenault, Treendale, Brunswick Junction, Harvey, Binningup and Myalup, and inland to Collie, Bridgetown and Pemberton.
How a commercial job runs
1. Site visit. We measure, check the subfloor and talk through traffic, cleaning, slip requirements and program. 2. Specification and samples. You get product options with the manufacturer data sheets and samples for your consultant, board or head office. 3. Quote and program. Supply, removal, preparation and install quoted as one job with a staged program around your trading hours or term dates. 4. Install and handover. The Busselton crew installs, cleans up and hands over with care instructions and the warranty documents. Lead times depend on the product: Australian stocked ranges are the quickest, indent lines from overseas take longer, and the team confirms the lead time with the quote and builds it into the program.
