Stocked ranges such as Riviera and Timeless can be laid quickly, which suits rentals and pre-sale tidy-ups. Every job is a full install: the old carpet and underlay come out, the subfloor is prepared, new underlay goes down and the carpet is laid by our own installers. Measures north of Two Rocks are grouped into runs, so allow a little longer for a date. Installation is by our local installers, and we come back to fix anything that needs it.

Do you remove the old carpet?

Yes. Removal and disposal of the old carpet and underlay, subfloor preparation and new underlay are all included in the quote.

Do you repair or re-stretch carpet?

No. Jupps Ocean Keys does new installations only, including removal of the old flooring and full subfloor preparation.

Can I get a quote without coming into the store?

Yes. Book a free measure and quote and the Ocean Keys team will come to you with samples.

Do you cover Joondalup and Yanchep?

Yes. The team measures and installs from Joondalup and Wanneroo through Clarkson, Butler and Alkimos to Yanchep and Two Rocks, with grouped runs further north.
