Noosa TX is a textile backed cushion vinyl from Flooring Distributors of Australia (FDA) that brings timber, herringbone, stone and concrete looks to the whole home in one easy sheet. The textile backing gives it a soft, quiet walk on feel and lets it be laid over most sound subfloors, and because it comes in 4m wide rolls most rooms are covered in a single piece with no joins.
Underneath the design is a 2.5mm construction with a 0.25mm wear layer, rated for heavy domestic use (class 23) and light commercial (class 31), with an R10 slip rating and 16 dB of impact sound reduction. The surface is water resistant and wipes clean, which makes Noosa TX a practical choice for kitchens, laundries, bathrooms and living areas, and it is suitable over underfloor heating. FDA backs it with a 7 year residential warranty.
Twelve designs are available: eight timber looks including the Jimna herringbone, Traveston and Mt Beerwah stone, Peregian concrete and the North Shore black and white checkerboard.

Yes. Noosa TX is a water resistant sheet vinyl, and with 4m wide rolls most bathrooms, kitchens and laundries are covered in one piece with no joins. Standing water should still be wiped up and the subfloor needs to be sound and dry before installation.
The back of the sheet is a soft textile layer rather than plain vinyl. It gives the floor a cushioned, warmer feel, cuts noise (16 dB impact sound reduction) and helps the sheet sit flat over minor subfloor imperfections. Your Jupps installer will advise whether your subfloor needs preparation first.
Both are FDA textile backed cushion vinyls. Noosa TX is the heavier specification with a 0.25mm wear layer, a class 23/31 rating and the wider choice of looks including herringbone and checkerboard. Trend TX is the value option with a 0.20mm wear layer and a mainly oak palette.
Sweep or vacuum regularly and mop with a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, solvent based cleaners and steam mops, use felt pads under furniture legs and mats at external doors to keep grit off the surface.
