Trend TX is FDA's economical textile backed cushion vinyl, a sheet floor in contemporary oak, stone and concrete looks that gives a whole room a fresh feel for a sensible budget. The textile backing makes it soft and quiet underfoot and helps it sit flat over most sound subfloors, and as a wide sheet there are very few joins.
It is built as a 2.5mm cushioned vinyl with a 0.20mm wear layer, rated class 22 for general domestic use, with an R10 slip rating and a Bfl-s1 fire rating, and it is suitable over underfloor heating. The surface is water resistant and easy to keep clean, so it suits rentals, laundries, kitchens, bedrooms and living areas. FDA backs Trend TX with a 7 year residential warranty.
Nine designs are available: seven oaks from pale Pure Oak and Sweet Oak through honey Lime Oak 621L, golden Gambel Oak and greige Havanna Oak to the weathered greys of Lime Oak 609M and 976M, plus the Greenock stone tile and the plain Zagreb concrete look.

Trend TX comes in nine designs: Pure Oak 010L, Lime Oak 609M, Lime Oak 976M, Lime Oak 621L, Havanna Oak 696L, Sweet Oak 981M, Gambel Oak 116M, Greenock 193L and Zagreb 696L. All nine are shown above and samples can be seen in store.
Both are FDA textile backed cushion vinyls. Trend TX is the value option with a 0.20mm wear layer, a class 22 general domestic rating and a mainly oak palette. Noosa TX steps up to a 0.25mm wear layer, a class 23/31 rating and adds herringbone and checkerboard looks.
Yes. It is a water resistant sheet vinyl with very few joins, and it wipes clean, which makes it a practical floor for wet areas and busy family rooms. Standing water should be wiped up and the subfloor must be sound and dry before installation.
It is one of the most cost effective floors Jupps installs. The cushioned sheet is quiet, easy to clean, hides minor subfloor imperfections and is quick to lay, so it is popular with landlords and property managers refreshing a property between tenancies.
Sweep or vacuum regularly and mop with a damp mop and a neutral pH cleaner. Avoid abrasive pads, solvent based cleaners and steam mops, use felt pads under furniture legs and mats at external doors.
