NFD Cascade Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring
Cascade by NFD is a substantial 4.5mm luxury vinyl plank with a hard-wearing 0.5mm wear layer and generous 228.6mm x 1524mm boards. Twelve colours named for Australian rivers and places run from light Edith and Trinity through warm Belmore and Tully to deep, dramatic Teviot and Niagara.
The thicker 4.5mm construction gives Cascade a more solid feel underfoot than slimmer vinyl planks, making it a comfortable, quiet and hardworking choice across living areas, kitchens and hallways.

Is NFD Cascade waterproof?
Cascade is designed to withstand everyday household spills and moisture, making it suitable throughout the home including kitchens. While vinyl plank offers excellent water resistance, no floor should be regarded as completely waterproof, as water can enter through joins, edges and other installation points. Spills should be cleaned promptly and installation should be completed in accordance with NFD guidelines.
How does Cascade compare to other NFD vinyl ranges?
Cascade is one of the thicker NFD vinyl planks at 4.5mm, compared with Spellbound at 3.0mm and Rewind at 2.5mm. All three share a 0.5mm wear layer. A thicker plank generally feels more solid and quieter underfoot, while slimmer profiles suit renovations where floor height matters.
