Frequently Asked Questions
How noticeable is the lattice pattern in a finished space?
It is a subtle design rather than a graphic one. At standing height it reads as gentle movement across the floor, particularly in the lighter colourways where the contrast is softest. In Ghost and Horizon it is very restrained, and in Smoke and Tumbleweed the structure is a little more visible.
Does the pattern need matching at seams?
Yes. The 51cm by 90cm repeat is matched across seams during installation, which means slightly higher wastage than an unpatterned broadloom. Jupps includes pattern matching allowance in the quantities we quote.
What installation methods does Transient 4M support?
Direct stick, conventionally laid, or dual bond. The Action Bac backing gives flexibility on method, and Jupps will confirm the right approach for your subfloor during the measure and quote.
