Jupps Floor Coverings South West had the pleasure of assisting Ellis + Co. with the extensive refurbishment of this beautiful historic home in Jindong, near Kaloorup Road.
More than two years in the making, the project brought together carefully selected flooring, window furnishings, rugs and soft furnishings to complement the home’s original character while introducing a warm and refined contemporary finish.
The refurbishment included timber flooring throughout key living areas, soft carpet in the bedrooms, elegant sheer curtains, plantation shutters, Weave rugs and a considered selection of soft furnishings.

Every element of this project was selected to work harmoniously with the home’s historic architecture and generous proportions.
The timber flooring brings warmth and continuity to the main living spaces, while the carpet creates a softer and more comfortable finish within the bedrooms.
Sheer curtains help filter the abundant natural light without obscuring the surrounding outlook, and plantation shutters provide added privacy and light control.
