Jupps Floorcoverings supplied and installed a comprehensive flooring package across the Nagle Catholic College Gymnasium and associated internal spaces, delivering durable, high-performance surfaces suited to both high-traffic circulation areas and active recreation zones.
The project featured:
- Commercial broadloom carpet throughout corridors, stairways, breakout spaces, and circulation areas providing acoustic comfort, slip resistance, and visual continuity across multiple levels.
- Custom stair detailing, including securely fixed stair nosings and wrapped carpet finishes to ensure safe transitions between levels while maintaining a clean, consistent aesthetic.
- Sports court flooring within the gymnasium, designed for impact resistance, line marking clarity, and long-term performance under regular athletic use.
- Heavy-duty flooring in entry and lobby zones to withstand concentrated foot traffic while maintaining presentation in key arrival areas.
Installation works included full subfloor preparation prior to laying, with careful coordination around glazing, balustrades, and internal partitions. Particular attention was given to alignment, joins, and edge detailing to support safety compliance and durability in a busy education and sporting environment.
The completed facility delivers a practical yet welcoming interior, balancing comfort and resilience across teaching spaces, shared areas, and the gymnasium — providing flooring solutions built to perform in a demanding, multi-use setting.
