Jupps Floorcoverings worked closely with Wanneroo Secondary College to deliver a complete flooring upgrade across their newly constructed Sports Hall and associated internal spaces, providing high-performance solutions tailored to both athletic use and everyday school traffic.
The project included the supply and installation of:
- FIBA-approved indoor sports vinyl flooring to the purpose-built sports hall, designed for basketball, badminton, volleyball, and netball, offering impact absorption, slip resistance, and clear line marking for multi-sport functionality.
- Cushion-backed commercial carpet tiles to the staff room, providing acoustic comfort, underfoot softness, and durability in a high-use staff environment.
- Modern timber-look luxury vinyl planks (LVT) to entry corridors and weights rooms, delivering a warm aesthetic while maintaining the strength and resilience required for heavy foot traffic and gym equipment.
All areas were installed following full subfloor preparation to ensure long-term performance, with careful attention to transitions, edge detailing, and alignment between flooring types to support safety compliance and smooth movement throughout the facility.
The finished result provides a contemporary, practical learning and sporting environment, combining professional-grade athletic flooring with durable commercial finishes to support students, staff, and community use well into the future.
